Ignite VSD alpha 16V boosts up the ignition input voltage from 12V to 16V and provides stable voltage supply to the ignition coils.
This will also prevent ignition energy loss when heavy electrical equipment
is in used.
Our Ignite VSD alpha 16V are made with heat resistance material and a
power relay that is made in Japan is built-in the circuit board to provide
a stable power supply.
Our Ignite VSD alpha 16V is RoHS compliant. RoHS is also known as Directive
2002/95/EC, originated in European Union and restricts the use of specific
hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products.
Therefore, it is suitable to be used in various countries around the world.

If the Check Engine Light (CEL) is ON after installation due to issue with CAN communication regarding Ignition Coil/System,

Ignite VSD alpha 16V is also applicable for Japan domestic and imported
vehicles with in-line or V type 6 cylinders engines.
*2 modules of Ignite VSD alpha 16V is required for V8 engines.
To install Ignite VSD alpha 16V specific VSD harness is required for specific vehicle.

The following are the precautions needed. Please be sure to understand the product and instructions provided before proceeding further.
1) During installation, please be sure to avoid the harness from touching
any hot or moving parts in the engine
2) Even the module housing is water resistant, please be sure to install it at a location where no direction contact with
water as possible and the avoid the harness from facing upwards to prevent
water from entering the connectors that
may cause short circuit and damage the module.
3) When securing the module (using double sided tape), be sure to clean the surface of the module and also the surface
where the module is decided to be secured from any oil or dirt. Failed
to do so may cause the module to drop off from
the place and might hit any moving parts of the engine.
4) Be sure to press the double sided tape firmly to the surface to avoid it from peeling off.
5) When connectiong or disconnecting the connectors, hold firmly at the
connector housing to connect or disconnect it.
DO NOT pull the wire side as this may cause possibility for the terminal
contact to fail.
6) When connecting the connector, make sure a "click" sound is heard meaning it is connected firmly.
Otherwise, vibration during the engine is operating and when the car is
driving may cause the connector to detached
from each other.
